1. Digital Product Delivery All digital products sold by AshCrafts are delivered electronically via email immediately after purchase. By purchasing you confirm you understand no physical item will be shipped.

2. Email Delivery & Spam Folders Your digital product will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. AshCrafts is not responsible for emails filtered into spam, junk, or promotions folders. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all folders. If you cannot locate your email after 24 hours please contact us before opening any dispute or chargeback.

3. No Refunds on Digital Products Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once the product has been delivered. By completing checkout you acknowledge and accept this policy.

4. Chargeback Policy Filing a chargeback after receiving your digital product is considered fraudulent dispute activity. AshCrafts reserves the right to submit all order records, delivery confirmation, and correspondence as evidence to your bank or payment provider to contest any illegitimate chargeback. We will pursue every available remedy.

5. Non-Delivery Claims If you claim non-delivery you must contact us within 7 days of purchase and allow us reasonable time to resend or resolve the issue before initiating any dispute. Failure to contact us first voids any non-delivery claim.

6. Unauthorized Use Digital products sold by AshCrafts are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of any digital file is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Acceptance of Terms Completing your purchase constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree do not complete your purchase.
