Is every clock made to order?
Yes. Nothing is pre-made. Each one is poured and finished after the order comes in.
Will mine look exactly like the photo?
Close, but not identical. Resin pours differently every time — that variation is the point.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send a photo and it gets replaced. Every piece is packed by hand before it ships.
